Dr Geoffrey Beadle

Dr Beadle is a Medical Oncologist with special interests in both general oncology and breast cancer. He has over 20 years in practice of medical oncology at The Wesley Hospital, and as a Visiting Medical Oncologist at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

Dr Beadle received his medical degree from the University of Queensland and trained in medical oncology and radiation oncology and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne. He undertook post graduate research at the Joint Centre for Radiation Therapy, Harvard Medical School, Boston. Dr Beadle is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian Collage of Physicians and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists.

He is a member of the Clinical Oncological Society of Australia and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He has research interests in survivorship issues after breast cancer and is currently a visiting Scientist and Head of the Translational Research Laboratory at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research.
