At The Wesley Hospital, we treat people with cancer with compassion and respect. Our Cancer Care Service is one of the largest and most comprehensive of its kind in Australia, led by skilled specialists supported by experienced oncology staff working collaboratively with Icon Cancer Centre Wesley (medical oncology) and GenesisCare (radiation oncology). The service includes the management of solid tumours and treatment of malignant and non-malignant haematology.

At The Wesley Hospital, we have 38 acute oncology beds and a purpose-built, nine-bed high-dependency/stem cell transplant unit. Access is also available to 24-hour emergency care, pastoral care and our 17-bed palliative care ward.
The Wesley Hospital Choices Cancer Support Centre, commonly known as Choices, offers a range of evidence-based programs and a calm, caring and safe place to support people diagnosed with cancer, regardless of where they are being treated. The interdisciplinary team at Choices are here to help those affected by cancer navigate their experience, and assist with decision making and treatment side-effects, by providing the most appropriate support and information to meet their physical, practical and emotional needs.
