Dr Gerald Whiting is a General Physician with a special interest in perioperative care. Dr Whiting’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, as well as a Bachelor of Obstetrics and a Bachelor of Arts. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Royal College of Physicians Ireland.
His experience includes being a student at Trinity College in Dublin from 1973 to 1974, Registrar at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital from 1974 to 1979, Consultant at QEII Hospital from 1980 to 1982, and a Consultant at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital from 1983 to present.
