Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Support Service consists of First Nations staff who are available to support your cultural and emotional wellbeing while in hospital.
Our First Nations staff can provide:
13YARN [Thirteen YARN] is the first national crisis support line for mob who are feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping. It offers a confidential one-on-one yarning opportunity with a Lifeline-trained Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Crisis Supporter.
To speak to a 13YARN Crisis Supporter, please call 13 92 76. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
