Associate Professor Gianduzzo is a Urologist with a particular interest in prostate cancer management and robotic prostatectomy. Dr Gianduzzo commenced his work at The Wesley Hospital in 2007 and has experience with a range of prostate cancer management options including prostate brachytherapy, and accordingly can provide patients with a range of therapeutic alternatives. Dr Gianduzzo also provides a general urology service (with the exception of paediatric urology) and is available to be contacted at any time regarding any urological issue.
Dr Gianduzzo graduated from the University of Queensland in 1995 and completed urological training in January 2004. Following this he completed almost four years of fellowship training in urological oncology and laparoscopic and minimally invasive urological surgery in the UK and the USA. During this time he was invited to undertake a fellowship position at the internationally acclaimed Glickman Urological Institute at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA.
Dr Gianduzzo is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Australia and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate Cancer Trials Group, and the Australian Medical Association.
