The Wesley Breast Clinic Patient Portal

The Wesley Breast Clinic has introduced a Patient Portal – the new way for you to access your information securely in one place and prepare for your appointment in your own time.

Create your account

Once you have made an appointment with the clinic, we will send you an SMS inviting you to log in to the Patient Portal and create your account (you will only need to do this once). This will allow you to:

• View your appointment date and time.

• Complete your clinical information forms.

• Access patient information and resources.

• Receive appointment letters.

Using the portal to complete your clinical information forms prior to attending the clinic will assist your appointment to run smoothly.
